The Practice is retained to advise upon over 200 ecclesiastical buildings of five different denominations.
The services offered range from a standard quinquennial report to full repair and conservation projects.
We work closely with Church Councils, statutory ecclesiastical and secular bodies, statutory consultees and English Heritage.
As a Conservation Accredited Surveyor, David is well placed to provide the requisite services for English Heritage and Lottery Grants.
Over the past 20 years the Practice has successfully negotiated in excess of 40 major church grants through English Heritage on behalf of Church clients with a present day value in excess of £5 million with over £3 million from other funding bodies.
The Practice advise on re-ordering schemes, upgrading of services, provision of new facilities, along with glass repairs and conservation work to historic ironwork, bell frames and joinery.
