Scott & Co is an independent practice of Chartered Surveyors concentrating on Building Surveying and Building Conservation. We are based in Truro and work throughout Cornwall and the Scilly Isles.

We act for private and corporate clients, trusts, charities and churches.

We survey and report upon building defects, advise upon repairs, prepare detailed plans. specifications, tenders and administer projects on site.

We offer a personal service from inception to completion.
